Company was established in area of former central CALEX's development department which provided the development of new products of refrigerators, freezers, compressors and cooling equipment for each company's factories. The company owners are Mr.Ján Pangel - Company Agent and Czech company Hestia spol.s.r.o. Kolín. 



The building with area 1 000 m2 is advantageously located in CALEX's area with entrance from main street and railway loading station. It is equipped by production technology and measuring equipment. Company has to its disposal the specialists and direct workers with long-term practice in all professions in CALEX. In commercial field, company uses the CALEX's production potentiality, its component and material suppliers and after-servicemen.

Also in the present it cooperates in development field with CALEX as well as other companies in Slovakia. It takes part in building construction project working-out for companies with refrigerating program in foreign countries.


COOPERATION RANGE

1. Wholesale, Retail
In the present company secures self-sufficient commercial activity { see enclosure } from domestic and foreign suppliers in white goods, spare parts of refrigerators and air-conditioners. It disposes with independent shop with area 100 m2 and relevant storage spaces with area 200 m2 with possibility to increase the space about 300 m2. The range of activities in commercial activity is for the whole Slovakia.


Company uses already installed service refrigerating network of CALEX.
In this field we are looking for further possibilities to increase our commercial activities.

2. Production Sphere
Company has to its disposal a production shop with area 260 m2, there is possible to increase a space about next 60 m2 in side spaces. Area of production storage is 100 m2.

Production shop has to disposal the technologic equipment {drilling machines, bending machine, press machine, shears, gas welder and resistance welder}. It has to disposal electric energy 220V, 380V, pressed air. Hall has independent heating and measuring of electricity consumption. The entrance to production hall is possible from main street.


We are looking for the partner with production program and sales in field of mechanical and electrical industry. With regards of the accessibility of wood-working material in our region there is also possible the production of timbering and furniture. Company has to its disposal the specialists { the former workers of CALEX } in any kind of job.
